Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
This homemade pumpkin coffee creamer is the perfect way to add a cozy fall twist to your coffee. Made with real pumpkin puree, warm spices, and a hint of maple syrup, it’s a creamy, flavorful addition to any cup of coffee or tea.

- 1 cup pumpkin puree (100%) Make sure it's pure pumpkin with no added sugar
- 2 cup half and half or your preferred milk (almond milk, oat milk, etc.)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or your favorite sweetener (honey, stevia, etc.)
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 stick cinnamon
In a small saucepan, heat 2 cups of half and half (or preferred milk) with 1 cinnamon stick over medium heat until warm (don’t boil).
Whisk in 1 cup pumpkin puree and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice until smooth and well combined.
Stir in 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener). Adjust sweetness to taste.
Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend the flavors.
Remove from heat, discard the cinnamon stick, and let cool. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Shake the creamer before each use and add 1-2 tablespoons to your coffee or tea.
