Starbucks Copycat Medicine Ball (Honey Citrus Mint Tea)

A soothing homemade version of the Starbucks Medicine Ball made with peach tea, mint tea, lemonade, and honey. Cozy, comforting, and easy to make at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups lemonade
  • 2 tea bags mint tea bags (mint or mint green tea)
  • 2 tea bags peach tea bags
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 slice lemon

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, add the water and lemonade. Heat over medium heat until gently simmering (do not boil).
  • Cover and steep for 3–4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add the mint and peach tea bags.
  • Pour into two mugs and serve warm with lemon slices. Add extra honey if desired.

Notes

  • Don’t boil: Boiling can make the tea taste bitter—gentle heat is best.
  • Adjust sweetness: Add more or less honey to taste. Maple syrup or sugar can also be used.
  • Caffeine-free option: Use herbal versions of both teas.
  • Extra soothing: Add fresh ginger slices while heating the liquid.
